Product Operations Manager

About the role

The Product Operations Manager is responsible for the operational backbone of the SuperApp home screen and its experimentation pipeline. You will ensure that UX and personalization changes are governed, conflict‑free, and data‑driven, allowing Product Managers to focus on strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own the home‑screen shared surface and day‑to‑day A/B testing platform.
• Manage the experimentation intake process, maintain a single source of truth for all active tests, and prevent conflicting feature launches.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Design to align strategy, execution, and data quality.
• Run weekly experiment reviews, maintain documentation and runbooks, and update the master experiment dashboard and decision logs.
• Communicate trade‑offs, launch windows, and guardrails to leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years in product operations, growth, or product analytics (tech, mobility, or SuperApp experience preferred).
• Hands‑on experience designing, launching, and analyzing experiments, including hypothesis formulation, power calculations, and metric evaluation.
• Strong event‑tracking literacy and ability to collaborate with data engineers.
• Proficient in SQL and BI tools for data readouts; experienced with JIRA for pipeline management.
• Excellent communication skills to manage intake, triage requests, and influence without direct authority.
