Program & Projects Manager

About the role

PTCL is seeking a seasoned Program & Projects Manager to lead strategic initiatives that drive digital transformation across the organization. You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget while ensuring alignment with PTCL’s business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and plan projects with approved scope, budget, and timelines.
• Execute and deliver projects, monitoring progress against schedule and cost.
• Maintain effective stakeholder communication and manage expectations.
• Control budgets, track actual versus planned costs, and manage variances.
• Oversee vendor performance, SLA compliance, and contract adherence.
• Evaluate and manage change requests while preserving quality and minimizing impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Project Management or a related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in telecommunications, ICT, digital transformation, infrastructure, or network deployment.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale technology projects and deliver results.
