Project Lead – Legal Strategy for Emerging Tech (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Lead to drive the design and execution of legal frameworks for emerging technologies. This remote, full‑time position requires deep legal expertise and the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable business strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement legal strategies aligned with project goals and regulatory mandates.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional product teams to ensure compliance throughout development cycles.
• Lead risk assessment and mitigation for technology‑related legal challenges.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and policy documents.
• Provide guidance on intellectual property, data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI regulations.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 7 years of legal experience, including at least 3 years in a project leadership role.
• Strong background in technology law, data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI regulation.
• Proven ability to communicate legal concepts to non‑legal stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
