Project Management Executive

About the role

The Executive / Senior Executive – PMO (Infrastructure) will support planning, coordination and execution of telecom and civil infrastructure projects within the Project Management Office. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget while managing stakeholder relationships and vendor contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely and within‑budget delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, contractors, and vendors for seamless project execution.
• Manage project scope, risks, performance tracking, and status reporting using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Support contract administration, bid evaluations, procurement documentation, and vendor management in compliance with regulations.
• Assist in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, bill verification, budget monitoring, and payment processing.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, dashboards, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, infrastructure projects, quantity surveying, or contract management.
• Strong understanding of telecom networks, transmission media, and infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of BOQs, cost control, procurement processes, and vendor management.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (MS Office).
• MS Project or Primavera for scheduling.
• AutoCAD and BIM (preferred).
