Project Manager 2

About the role

Zones, a global IT solutions provider, is seeking a Project Manager 2 to lead complex initiatives across its digital workplace, cloud, data‑center, networking, security, and staffing services. The role requires a curious, creative thinker who can translate ambiguous requirements into clear, measurable project deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate strategy, plans, and measurable objectives for programs and projects.
• Drive improvement of Key Process Indicators (KPIs) against baseline measurements.
• Ensure timely completion of project initiatives while managing scope, budget, and schedule.
• Partner with senior stakeholders (Partner & Product Management, Purchasing, Operations, IT, Finance, Sales) to prioritize and execute initiatives.
• Identify and resolve tasks to achieve 100% resolution of project activities.

Required profile

• Intellectual curiosity, creativity, and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence business and technical leaders.
• Experience leading investigations into undefined or ambiguous requirements.
• Ability to define scope, requirements, and measurable deliverables using PMO principles.
