Project Manager – Marketing

About the role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects related to our growth & brand expansion. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, product development, supply chain, and retail operations, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal resources and third‑party vendors for flawless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
• Conduct post‑project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Ensure optimal resource utilization, maintaining productivity by balancing workloads.
• Monitor and maintain high project quality standards, conducting regular quality checks throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in project management, preferably in retail, luxury, or software industry.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Asana, Trello, MS Project.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
