Project Manager – MEP, HVAC & BMS (Remote)

About the role

Pro‑S is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple MEP, HVAC and Building Management System (BMS) projects on a remote basis. The role involves overseeing projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they meet budget, schedule and quality expectations while complying with health, safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, monitor and control all phases of MEP, HVAC and BMS projects.
• Collaborate with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, vendors and labor forces to achieve project milestones.
• Organise and lead project planning, progress review and client coordination meetings.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards and safety regulations.
• Track budgets, schedules and resource utilisation, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions.
• Work with procurement, engineering and commercial departments to secure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare detailed progress reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum six years of experience managing complex MEP and HVAC projects.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, resource allocation, timeline control and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
