Project Manager – Technology Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will report to the Head of Technology and will be the primary resource for delivering Arwen Tech projects in Islamabad. This full‑time role oversees all phases of project delivery, from definition and planning through execution, close‑out and post‑implementation review.

Key responsibilities

• Define, plan and coordinate technology projects, including business process and systems implementation.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources and subcontractor activities.
• Forecast costs, prepare presentations for senior management and track billings.
• Lead project teams, provide direction to engineers, consultants and coordinators, and ensure successful project close‑out.
• Develop change orders, assemble proposals during pre‑sale/RFP stages and produce deliverables such as status reports, risk analyses and user‑acceptance test plans.
• Administer subcontracting processes and conduct training and facilitation as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of project management experience, preferably in technology services.
• Master’s degree or equivalent.
• PMP certification.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and finance.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication abilities.
