Property Acquisition Executive

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Property Acquisition Executive to source distressed and below‑market‑value properties in Dubai, negotiate competitive offers, and maintain accurate records, all while working from our Lahore office.

Key responsibilities

• Identify distressed and below‑market‑value properties on platforms such as Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle and other sources.
• Conduct comparative market analysis and evaluate investment metrics.
• Negotiate with owners, agents and brokers to secure favorable acquisition deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Dubai‑based brokers.
• Broadcast company inventory daily to brokers and investors.
• Maintain detailed Excel sheets for inventory, offers, negotiations and follow‑ups.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly acquisition reports.
• Monitor new listings, coordinate the acquisition process through closing and keep organized databases of properties, brokers and investors.
• Stay updated on Dubai market trends and achieve acquisition KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai real estate, property acquisitions, brokerage or sales (fresh graduates with strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills are also encouraged).
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real‑estate market.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and English language skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to multitask.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of ROI, rental yield, cap rate and price per sq ft.
