Quality Specialist – Raw & Packaging

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Specialist to lead the implementation of quality standards for raw and packaging materials at our Sheikhupura factory. You will ensure zero‑defect production by driving compliance, audits, and continuous improvement across the warehouse and laboratory.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Nestlé Quality Management System for all incoming raw and packaging materials.
• Conduct regular quality checks, statistical process control, and root‑cause analysis on production lines.
• Manage internal and external audits, vendor assessments, and supplier auditing schemes.
• Oversee laboratory operations, ensure equipment availability, and train technicians on analytical and rapid methods.
• Promote food safety, hygiene, Good Warehouse Practices, and traceability among line staff.
• Coordinate pest‑management programs and ensure compliance through SAP.
• Lead the factory Business Review of Quality and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of quality experience, preferably in FMCG or food production.
• Experience supervising technical teams, contractors, or third‑party personnel.
• Strong collaboration with corporate functions such as Brand, CQA, Procurement, and Consumer Services.
• Self‑managed with a focus on KPIs and cross‑functional results.
