Reddit Community & Growth Manager

About the role

OpenArt is seeking a Reddit Community & Growth Manager to build and scale its presence on Reddit. This remote, full‑time position will own the strategy, execution, and results of all Reddit‑related activities, turning the platform into a key acquisition channel for AI creators.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch a growth‑focused Reddit strategy from scratch, including subreddit creation and community building.
• Set and track weekly/monthly growth targets for members, engagement, traffic, and sign‑ups.
• Run experiments with content formats, challenges, AMAs, and community programs to discover repeatable growth loops.
• Identify and engage with relevant AI, design, video, and advertising communities beyond the official subreddit.
• Develop relationships with moderators, power users, and creators to foster organic advocacy.
• Moderate discussions while maintaining an authentic, non‑corporate tone.

Required profile

• Proven experience growing online communities, preferably on Reddit.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to measure reach, engagement, and conversion metrics.
• Creative thinker who can design recurring formats, challenges, and showcases.
• Self‑starter comfortable operating autonomously in a fast‑moving AI startup.
