Regulatory Compliance Specialist - Legal (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist – Legal to support a global technology leader on a contract basis. Working remotely, you will ensure that contracts and other legal documents comply with applicable regulations and help mitigate legal risks across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate contracts, agreements and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct legal research on statutes, case law and regulatory frameworks to provide informed recommendations.
• Prepare legal memoranda, reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and organize legal documentation, ensuring proper filing and accessibility for audits or reviews.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address legal concerns and support risk‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of contract law, legal compliance and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documents.
• Proficiency with legal research tools and databases.
• Excellent analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
