About the role

The Relationship Officer – Balance Builder will drive telesales activities, ensure achievement of card and sales targets, and uphold service standards within the Mashreq Global Network. This role focuses on customer follow‑up, disciplined performance monitoring, and alignment with product campaigns.

Key responsibilities

Achieve assigned monthly KPIs and card sales targets.
Maintain service standards by monitoring, evaluating, and measuring performance.
Direct all telesales efforts toward meeting sales objectives.
Prevent misselling and ensure compliance with sales policies.
Attend daily team huddles and uphold team commitments.
Continuously follow up with customers to drive sales outcomes.
Monitor personal performance and adjust strategies to improve results.

Required profile

Strong discipline and punctuality.
Ability to consistently follow up with customers.
Commitment to attending daily team meetings.
Proactive attitude toward meeting and exceeding sales targets.
