About the role

We are looking for a Remote Appointment Scheduling Specialist to manage outbound phone outreach and coordinate appointments with prospective customers. The role is fully remote and follows U.S. business hours, offering a fast‑paced environment where organization and attention to detail are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers using our CRM and automated dialing platform.
• Schedule, confirm, and update appointments in internal calendar systems.
• Verify customer information and ensure scheduling accuracy.
• Communicate appointment details clearly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and scheduled appointments.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling and productivity goals.
• Participate in virtual training, coaching sessions, and team meetings.
• Assist with additional scheduling and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Comfortable making outbound phone calls throughout the workday.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high‑speed internet connection.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when managing appointments.
