About the role

We are looking for a motivated Aptitude Builder Tutor to deliver high‑quality online training for students preparing for competitive examinations, university admissions, and campus placement tests. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere while helping learners master quantitative, logical, analytical, and verbal skills.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live online sessions covering Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Analytical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.
• Design lesson plans, practice exercises, quizzes, and mock tests aligned with current exam patterns.
• Provide clear explanations of complex concepts using simple, practical examples.
• Monitor student progress, give constructive feedback, and create personalized improvement plans.
• Stay updated on examination trends and adapt teaching materials accordingly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience delivering aptitude training for competitive exams or university entrance tests.
• Demonstrated expertise in teaching quantitative, logical, analytical, and verbal subjects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities.
