Remote Call Center Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Call Center Agent to join our team and handle high‑volume outbound calls from a home office. You will engage prospects, provide clear information about services, and schedule qualified appointments while using our CRM and dialer system.

Key responsibilities

• Make 350–450 outbound calls per day using the CRM and dialer.
• Engage prospects in professional conversations and follow scripts.
• Explain appointment and service details clearly.
• Handle basic questions and objections while maintaining a positive tone.
• Identify interested prospects and schedule qualified appointments.
• Enter accurate call results and lead information into the CRM.
• Maintain consistent daily calling activity and meet performance targets.
• Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and training.
• Follow company quality and communication standards.
• Perform other support tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent spoken communication.
• Strong phone presence and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable in a high‑volume calling environment.
• Ability to follow scripts and structured workflows.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Reliable primary and backup internet connection and consistent power supply.
• Laptop or PC and smartphone required.
• Self‑motivated and able to stay focused while working from home.
• Previous call‑center, outbound calling, customer service, sales, or appointment‑setting experience is a plus.
• Open to training, coaching, and performance feedback.
