Remote Call Center Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Call Center Manager to lead a distributed team of call center professionals. In this full‑time position you will drive performance, coach employees, and ensure operational excellence while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate a remote team of call center representatives.
• Monitor daily performance metrics, call quality and productivity.
• Conduct regular one‑on‑one coaching sessions and team meetings.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Analyze reports to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and quality standards.
• Resolve escalated customer or operational issues as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve departmental goals.
• Foster a positive, accountable and performance‑driven team culture.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people‑management abilities.
• Experience managing remote or call‑center teams (preferred).
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone and high‑speed internet connection.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to lead effectively in a remote environment.
