Remote Call Center Representative

About the role

As a Remote Call Center Representative you will work from home, making high‑volume outbound calls to prospective customers in U.S. time zones. You will use scripts and a CRM/dialer system to explain services and schedule qualified appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Make 350–450 outbound calls per day using the company’s CRM and dialer.
• Engage prospects professionally, follow scripts and handle objections.
• Determine interest and eligibility, and schedule appointments using internal tools.
• Record call outcomes, lead status and appointment details accurately in the CRM.
• Maintain consistent calling activity and meet daily, weekly and monthly performance targets.
• Participate in coaching sessions, team check‑ins and adhere to call quality standards.
• Perform additional support tasks as required.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong spoken communication skills.
• Comfortable in a high‑volume call‑center environment and able to follow scripts.
• Excellent listening, attention to detail and ability to stay organized while working remotely.
• Reliable primary and backup internet connection, stable power supply, and a laptop/PC with a smartphone.
• Previous experience in call‑center, outbound calling, sales, telemarketing or appointment‑setting is a plus but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn quickly and accept constructive feedback.
