Remote Calling Associate

About the role

We are seeking a dependable Remote Calling Associate to engage prospective customers, provide appointment information, and coordinate meetings for licensed insurance representatives. This fully remote position requires professional phone communication, consistency, and a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make 350–450 outbound calls each day following company scripts while keeping conversations natural.
• Explain appointment benefits clearly and schedule appointments using internal booking systems.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and meet quality and productivity targets.
• Participate in virtual training sessions and support additional outbound communication initiatives.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Comfortable spending the majority of the day on the phone.
• Reliable internet connection, computer, and smartphone.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and a positive work ethic.
• Previous experience in phone support, customer service, telemarketing, or sales is beneficial.
