Remote Contact Center Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Contact Center Agent to engage customers and prospects via phone, provide clear information, and schedule qualified appointments. The role is fully remote, operating on U.S. time zones, and utilizes our CRM and dialer technology.

Key responsibilities

• Make 350–450 outbound calls per day using the CRM and dialer system.
• Engage customers and prospects professionally, following established scripts.
• Communicate service and appointment details, handling common questions and objections.
• Identify interested prospects, qualify them, and schedule appointments using internal tools.
• Log call results, lead statuses, and appointment information accurately in the CRM.
• Maintain consistent calling activity, meet performance targets, and participate in coaching sessions.
• Perform additional support tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent spoken communication.
• Confident phone presence and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable in a high‑volume phone environment.
• Strong listening, organization, and attention to detail.
• Reliable internet connection, power supply, laptop/PC, and smartphone.
• Ability to stay focused and productive while working remotely.
• Willingness to learn quickly, accept coaching, and adapt to feedback.
