Remote Contract Lawyer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced lawyer to join a global technology leader on a contract basis. This fully remote position allows you to provide legal counsel across multiple jurisdictions while working from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements to mitigate legal risk.
• Advise on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and transactional matters.
• Conduct legal research to assess potential liabilities and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address day‑to‑day legal issues.
• Represent the company in dispute resolution or legal proceedings when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and interpretation.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to conduct thorough legal research and analyze complex regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Clear communication skills for explaining legal concepts to non‑legal stakeholders.
