Remote Customer Acquisition Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote Customer Acquisition Associate to help expand our client base. In this entry‑level position you will conduct outbound calls, introduce our services, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospective customers using our CRM and dialing platform.
• Introduce company services, explain value propositions, and answer basic questions.
• Identify qualified leads by asking discovery questions and record interactions accurately.
• Schedule appointments for interested prospects using internal tools.
• Follow approved scripts, company policies, and compliance standards.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly acquisition and productivity targets.
• Participate in virtual training, coaching sessions, and team meetings.
• Support additional outreach initiatives and administrative projects as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and professional phone presence.
• Comfortable making high‑volume outbound calls throughout the workday.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high‑speed internet connection.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to quickly learn CRM systems and internal software.
• Previous experience in customer service, outbound sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, lead generation, recruiting, or call‑center operations is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, dependable, and goal‑oriented.
