About the role

We are looking for a Remote Customer Communications Representative to engage prospective customers through outbound calls, explain our services, and schedule qualified appointments. Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospects using our CRM and dialing platform.
• Present company services clearly, professionally, and confidently.
• Answer general customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Qualify interested prospects and arrange appointments.
• Record detailed conversation notes in the CRM.
• Follow scripts, communication standards, and compliance procedures.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and performance targets.
• Participate in virtual training, coaching sessions, and team meetings.
• Support additional communication campaigns and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable making high‑volume outbound calls.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high‑speed internet connection.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask while using CRM and communication tools.

Required skills
