About the role

We are looking for a Remote Customer Engagement Associate to connect with prospective customers, build positive relationships, and schedule appointments through outbound phone outreach. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping people, communicating over the phone, and meeting performance goals while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound calls to prospective customers using company‑provided systems.
• Build rapport through friendly, professional conversations and introduce company services.
• Answer general customer questions and identify qualified prospects.
• Schedule appointments for the appropriate internal team.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
• Follow approved scripts, communication standards, and outreach procedures.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality metrics.
• Participate in virtual training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Assist with additional customer engagement initiatives and administrative tasks as needed.

• Excellent English verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with a professional phone presence.
• Comfortable making high‑volume outbound calls in a remote environment.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high‑speed internet connection.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
