Remote Customer Experience Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Customer Experience Representative to engage prospective customers through outbound phone outreach. In this fully remote position, you will create positive, professional interactions, answer questions, and schedule appointments while representing our services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using our CRM and automated dialing platform.
• Deliver a courteous and professional customer experience on every call.
• Explain available services clearly and answer customer inquiries.
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate interaction notes and customer records in the CRM.
• Follow established communication guidelines and quality standards.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality targets.
• Participate in virtual coaching, team meetings, and ongoing training.
• Support additional customer engagement initiatives as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong active‑listening and customer‑focused attitude.
• Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the workday.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high‑speed internet connection.
• Ability to multitask while navigating CRM and scheduling software.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Previous experience in customer experience, call‑center operations, outbound calling, or sales is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping customers.
