Remote Customer Service Representative

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join its fully remote, full‑time team. You will help deliver exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, phone, and social media promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with order questions, shipping updates, product information, and return requests.
• Provide consistent, high‑quality responses that align with company service standards.
• Identify customer needs and offer thoughtful, solution‑oriented support.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in written and verbal English.
• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Familiarity with help‑desk tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify (advantageous).
• Problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑first attitude.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
