We are seeking a Remote Data Specialist to support a global technology leader in maintaining high‑quality datasets for AI model training and evaluation. The position is ideal for recent graduates who are detail‑oriented and eager to contribute to machine‑learning workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate human‑labeled data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in data annotations by cross‑referencing source materials and guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine annotation guidelines and improve data quality standards.
• Monitor and report on data labeling performance metrics.
• Document processes and maintain records of data sources, labeling rules, and quality checks.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and the importance of high‑quality training data.
