Remote DevOps Engineer (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join a leading global IT services and consulting firm on a contract basis. The role is fully remote and focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines that accelerate software delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management with Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in production and staging environments.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of applications.
• Implement and enforce security best practices in infrastructure and deployment processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines in a cloud environment.
• Strong background in infrastructure automation and configuration management.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve performance or reliability issues quickly.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional development teams.
