Remote DevOps Engineer (Infrastructure)

About the role

We are seeking a remote DevOps Engineer (Infrastructure) on a contract basis to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with development, security, and operations teams to accelerate software delivery and improve system reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management with Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements for high availability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to adopt DevOps best practices.
• Support cloud environments on AWS, Azure, or GCP, focusing on scalability and cost optimization.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong background in infrastructure‑as‑code and cloud platforms.
• Solid scripting abilities in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Understanding of monitoring, logging, networking, and security in cloud environments.
