Remote Full Stack Engineer (JavaScript/React/Node.js)

About the role

5CREST is seeking a Remote Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain modern web applications for US‑based clients. You will work independently in a distributed environment while collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain both front‑end and back‑end components using JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
• Design efficient database schemas, write optimized SQL/NoSQL queries, and ensure data integrity.
• Create, document, and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability through best‑practice coding patterns.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality features and troubleshoot issues.
• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
