Remote Inside Sales Representative – Commission Based

About the role

Join a fast‑growing technology company as a Remote Inside Sales Representative. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue through phone, email, and online outreach, all on a commission‑based compensation model.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email and digital channels.
• Qualify leads, manage a sales pipeline, and schedule product demonstrations.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and update sales activity daily.
• Collaborate with marketing and service teams to align messaging and support lead nurturing.
• Work toward defined sales targets and commission goals.
• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and ensure smooth handoff to onboarding or support teams.

Required profile

• Proven inside‑sales experience with phone‑based selling and closing.
• Strong lead‑generation and qualification abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a commission‑based or target‑driven sales environment.
• Comfortable working remotely using digital collaboration tools.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to meet performance goals independently.
• Background in technology, SaaS, or business‑services sales is a plus.
