Remote Lawyer – Contract (Legal Counsel)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced lawyer to join a global technology leader on a contract basis. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while providing critical legal counsel and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and legal agreements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Advise internal teams on corporate governance, regulatory matters, and risk management.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision‑making and resolve complex issues.
• Represent the company in negotiations and dispute‑resolution processes as needed.
• Monitor legislative changes and update internal compliance frameworks accordingly.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in at least one jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate, commercial, or compliance law.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
