Remote Logistics Specialist – Contract

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Logistics Specialist on a contract basis to support a global technology leader. The role focuses on overseeing end‑to‑end logistics operations, optimizing supply‑chain processes and delivering cost‑effective solutions across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to streamline transportation, warehousing and distribution networks.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators such as on‑time delivery, cost per shipment and inventory turnover.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align supply‑chain activities with business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks, including supplier disruptions and logistical bottlenecks.
• Leverage data analytics tools to forecast demand and optimise inventory levels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, supply‑chain planning or related fields.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex datasets and drive decision‑making.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with international shipping regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
