Remote Machine Learning Engineer

About the role

SpotterLabs is looking for a Remote Machine Learning Engineer to help scale AI‑powered products. You will develop, train, and deploy high‑performance models while collaborating with software engineers to bring them into production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models on large datasets.
• Prepare and analyze data for model training.
• Experiment to improve model performance and accuracy.
• Deploy and maintain models in production environments.
• Integrate ML solutions with product codebases alongside software engineers.
• Monitor model performance and iterate on improvements.
• Stay current with emerging machine‑learning techniques and tools.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in machine learning, software engineering, data science, or strong personal projects demonstrating ML skills.
• Basic understanding of machine‑learning concepts and algorithms.
• Proficiency in Python and version control with Git.
• Good problem‑solving abilities and strong written and verbal English communication.
