Remote Marketing Manager – Lead Generation

About the role

Funfox is seeking a proactive Marketing Manager to own and execute its lead‑generation strategy. Working fully remote, you will partner with external agencies and internal teams to drive high‑quality qualified leads for our fast‑growing EdTech platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage initiatives that meet monthly qualified‑lead targets across all channels.
• Serve as the primary liaison for external marketing agencies, overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and performance.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta Ads and other digital platforms, managing budgets and targeting.
• Coordinate influencer marketing programmes, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and tracking results.
• Maintain the marketing content calendar, synchronising campaign launches with internal and external partners.
• Monitor key performance metrics, generate regular reports, and use data insights to refine strategies.

Required profile

• 2.5–3 years of hands‑on marketing experience, preferably in lead generation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage agency relationships and drive campaign performance.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven optimisation.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, ownership‑focused attitude.
