About the role

We are seeking a PhD‑qualified Mathematics Professor/Researcher to join a global technology leader on a contract basis. The role is fully remote and focuses on advancing mathematical frameworks that power AI and data‑science applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine mathematical models for AI‑driven solutions, including optimization and probabilistic reasoning.
• Conduct rigorous theoretical analysis to validate and extend existing algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate mathematical insights into scalable computational implementations.
• Publish research findings in peer‑reviewed journals and present at academic or industry conferences.
• Mentor junior researchers or graduate students in advanced mathematical concepts.

Required profile

• PhD in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or a closely related discipline.
• Proven expertise in mathematical modeling, numerical analysis, or computational mathematics.
• Strong background in statistics, linear algebra, and differential equations.
• Experience with machine‑learning frameworks or optimization algorithms is highly desirable.
