Remote Part-Time Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a remote, part‑time Project Manager to lead client projects from initiation through delivery. You will ensure timelines, budgets, and scope are met while collaborating with cross‑functional teams across time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee assigned projects from start to finish, maintaining scope, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements and align objectives.
• Monitor progress, conduct risk assessments, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports to clients and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in tech or consulting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work with remote teams across different time zones.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
