Remote Phone Screener

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Phone Screener to be the first point of contact for prospective candidates. You will conduct high‑volume screening calls, assess qualifications, and guide qualified applicants toward the interview stage.

Key responsibilities

• Make 150‑250 outreach and screening calls daily using provided candidate data and CRM tools.
• Introduce available job opportunities and clearly explain position details, expectations, and next steps.
• Apply predefined screening criteria to evaluate experience, communication, attitude, and overall fit.
• Identify qualified candidates and schedule them for interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate profiles, screening notes, and call outcomes in the CRM.
• Follow established scripts, recruitment procedures, and communication workflows.
• Perform additional screening and recruitment support tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Strong telephone communication, active listening, and professional phone presence.
• Ability to assess candidate attitude and experience during a brief conversation.
• Comfort handling a high volume of calls with attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable primary and secondary internet connection, electricity, computer and mobile device.
• Previous experience in phone screening, recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or call‑center work is preferred but not required.
