We are seeking a highly qualified physicist to join our client, a global leader in research services, as a Remote Quantum Physics Researcher and Junior Professor. The contract position offers the opportunity to conduct cutting‑edge theoretical and experimental work in quantum technologies while mentoring junior talent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and validate theoretical models for quantum phenomena and optimize experimental designs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate physics‑based solutions into product development and research projects.
• Publish research findings in peer‑reviewed journals and present at academic and industry conferences.
• Mentor junior researchers and students, guiding them through project execution and methodology.
• Analyze experimental data, identify trends, and propose next steps for investigations.

Required profile

• PhD in Physics or a closely related discipline with a focus on quantum mechanics, solid‑state physics, or statistical mechanics.
• Experience in both computational and experimental physics.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
