Remote Recruiting Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Recruiting Manager to lead high‑volume recruitment operations from a home‑based setting. You will maintain a strong candidate pipeline, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews while ensuring consistent recruitment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support high‑volume outreach and recruitment using candidate data and CRM tools.
• Conduct and oversee initial screening conversations to assess qualifications, communication style, and experience.
• Clearly communicate job details, expectations, and next steps to candidates.
• Apply consistent screening criteria and qualification standards.
• Identify qualified candidates and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate profiles, notes, and activity logs in the CRM.
• Follow established recruitment scripts, communication procedures, and workflow guidelines.
• Organize the recruitment pipeline and manage candidate follow‑up activities.
• Support team tasks and other recruitment‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Strong recruitment, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional telephone etiquette and confident speaking style.
• High attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable primary and secondary internet connections, electricity, computer and mobile device.
• Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or candidate screening preferred.
• Familiarity with recruitment scripts and structured screening processes is a plus.
