Remote Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Recruitment Consultant to support our growing hiring operations. In this fully remote position, you will identify qualified talent, guide candidates through the recruitment journey, and maintain a steady pipeline of high‑quality applicants.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with prospective candidates through outbound calls and follow‑up communications.
• Conduct detailed phone interviews to assess experience, skills, and career goals.
• Present job opportunities, explain role expectations, schedules, and hiring processes.
• Recommend qualified candidates for the next recruitment stage.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and CRM.
• Build long‑term talent pipelines for current and future hiring initiatives.
• Achieve daily and weekly recruitment activity goals while ensuring high‑quality interactions.
• Support additional recruiting projects and operational tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong consultation, interviewing, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple candidate conversations throughout the day.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Reliable computer, smartphone, and stable primary and backup internet connection.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, HR, customer service, sales, or call‑center operations is preferred but not required.
