Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

Ethos Media is a B2B video production and content marketing agency helping brands turn their stories into video content that drives business. It is looking for a Sales Development Representative to own its outbound pipeline: finding the right prospects, starting conversations and booking qualified meetings for the founders to close.

Key responsibilities

• Research and build targeted lead lists for B2B companies
• Run outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn and other channels
• Write personalized outreach that gets replies
• Follow up consistently and handle objections
• Qualify leads and book discovery calls
• Keep the CRM clean and report on pipeline metrics
• Share feedback to help improve messaging and targeting

Required profile

• Previous experience in outbound sales, lead generation or SDR/BDR work (1+ year preferred)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently
• Reliable internet and a quiet workspace

Required skills

• Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or similar, plus a CRM
• Nice to have: experience selling to marketing teams or agencies, and a background in video, content or creative services
