Key responsibilities

• Moderate forum discussions, social media channels, and member‑generated content to maintain a respectful environment.
• Develop and implement engagement strategies to increase active participation and user retention.
• Respond promptly to member inquiries, feedback, and escalations.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure community initiatives support broader objectives.
• Monitor platform metrics and community health indicators to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience moderating online communities or forums with a focus on quality and inclusivity.
• Proficiency with social media platforms and community management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for public‑facing interactions.
• Ability to analyze data and report on community engagement metrics.
• Familiarity with content moderation policies and best practices.
