About the role
Pebi Technologies is seeking a Remote Telemarketing Specialist to support its global IT services business. The role involves making outbound calls, qualifying prospects, and introducing the company’s software development solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and qualify leads.
- Introduce Pebi Technologies’ IT services and custom software solutions.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects and coordinate with the sales team.
- Achieve performance targets set for call volume and lead quality.
Required profile
- Strong verbal communication and professional phone etiquette.
- Customer‑service mindset with an ability to handle objections.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Previous telemarketing, call‑center, or sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
