About the role

The Trainer Video Editing Required role is a full‑time remote position focused on creating high‑quality video‑based learning content for RQuad Learning Assistant. You will work with subject‑matter experts to transform complex coding, writing and AI topics into clear, engaging lessons.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and design training modules aligned with learning objectives.
• Record instructional sessions and edit footage using professional video‑editing software.
• Maintain a consistent visual style and organize learning materials.
• Collaborate with content creators and SMEs to ensure content accuracy.
• Update videos based on learner feedback and emerging trends in online education.

Required profile

• Strong video‑editing skills with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Experience designing and delivering online instructional content, preferably in coding, writing or AI.
• Ability to break down complex topics into concise lessons.
• Comfortable working remotely with good time‑management and collaboration abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in education, media production, instructional design, or related field (preferred).
