Rust Developer – Remote Night Shift (2+ yrs experience)

About the role

ECOM Specialist is seeking experienced Rust developers to join a fully remote, night‑shift team. You will work on high‑performance applications that support supply‑chain automation through API and EDI data processing. The role requires a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and code quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Rust‑based software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting code reviews.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and system issues.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional experience as a Rust developer or in a similar system‑level programming role.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a remote team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Rust programming language and its ecosystem.
• Experience with concurrent and asynchronous programming.
• Knowledge of performance optimization and system‑level programming.
• Familiarity with version control using Git.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and networking protocols.
