About the role

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support our sales team at Zameen.com, Pakistan’s leading online real‑estate marketplace. You will act as a bridge between customers and the sales team, helping to generate leads, provide property information and ensure a smooth sales process.

Key responsibilities

Generate and manage leads for real‑estate sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding and exceeding their expectations.
Provide detailed information and insights about properties to prospective buyers.
Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.
Assist the sales team in achieving targets and driving overall sales performance.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Customer‑service orientation with strong communication skills.
1‑3 years of sales experience (fresh graduates are welcome).

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
