Sales Caller - Real Estate Project

About the role

ATS Developers is a real-estate development and sales company working on a commercial property project in New Lahore City Phase 4, offering 2 Marla commercial plots. The calling team connects with potential clients and encourages them to move to the next stage of the client journey. As a Sales Caller you support the project's direct-sales process by speaking with prospective buyers, explaining the opportunity and arranging qualified office visits. This is an office-based role in Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients using company-provided leads.
• Explain the project and commercial plot opportunity clearly and professionally.
• Identify prospect interest and answer basic questions using approved information.
• Encourage interested prospects to visit the office.
• Record call outcomes, prospect details and follow-up actions in company records.
• Follow up with prospects and hand interested clients over to the office sales team.
• Meet agreed calling and appointment-setting targets with a courteous, customer-focused approach.

Required profile

• Confident, clear spoken communication in Urdu; English is an advantage.
• Professional telephone manner and the ability to build rapport with prospective clients.
• Persuasive, customer-focused conversation skills, including handling basic objections respectfully.
• Active listening and the ability to identify client interest, needs and readiness for follow-up.
• Organized, reliable and comfortable working toward calling and appointment-setting targets.

Required skills

• Ability to explain real-estate project details accurately.
• Accurate record-keeping for call results, prospect information, appointments and follow-up tasks.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn company systems and approved project information.
