Sales Coordinator – Night Shift (US Hours)

About the role

Mayatax is looking for a high‑energy Sales Coordinator to act as the bridge between its international sales pipeline, US prospects, and backend operations. This permanent night‑shift position aligns with US Central Standard Time and is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end‑to‑end sales pipeline, validating, tracking and routing incoming leads to the closing team.
• Conduct outbound follow‑ups and handle inbound inquiries from US‑based prospects, establishing immediate rapport.
• Partner with marketing, account management and tax operations to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Own, maintain and audit the sales CRM, keeping client data, deal stages and communication logs precise.
• Prepare customized sales collateral, proposals and engagement letters for US stakeholders.
• Generate daily and weekly sales velocity reports, tracking conversion rates, response times and revenue targets.
• Stay informed on the US tax/financial services BPO landscape to address basic client objections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Communication or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Inside Sales Representative or Sales Operations Specialist in an international BPO or US tax/financial services environment.
• Proven ability to communicate fluently with US clients and handle objections confidently.
