Sales Data Quality Analyst

About the role

The Sales Data Quality Analyst will ensure the integrity and usability of sales‑related data across Motive’s platform. You will design, automate, and monitor deduplication processes, turning messy data into reliable insights for sales and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and refine deduplication logic for complex parent‑child and multi‑segment scenarios.
• Automate deduplication and reporting using SQL and Python.
• Integrate AI tools such as Gemini, Google AI Studio, Perplexity, and Glean for predictive duplicate detection.
• Build and maintain real‑time dashboards that track deduplication metrics and business impact.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Systems teams to enhance data pipelines.
• Document best practices and lead training sessions for sales and operations stakeholders.
• Identify, merge, and resolve duplicate accounts/contacts using DemandTool and custom scripts.
• Analyze large datasets in Snowflake to surface gaps and recommend improvements.
• Create data models in Snowflake and visualizations in Salesforce and Tableau.
• Apply AI/ML techniques to detect outliers, missing data, and other quality issues.
• Support monthly business reviews, deep‑dive analyses, and ad‑hoc reporting requests.
